Cutline Speaks
Cutline Cares: Glide Memorial
posted by The Cutline Team on December 17, 2008
The holidays have always been a time for giving, but with so many people in our city and around the country facing tough times, a generous spirit has never been more important. That's why, together with several other local volunteers, the Cutline Team assembled at San Francisco's Glide Memorial Church yesterday morning to distribute meals to the homeless and less fortunate. The early morning weather may have been damp and cold, but the enthusiasm of the volunteers and the gratitude of the needy kept us all warm. Witnessing so much need in the city was certainly humbling and gave each of us a reminder of how lucky we are to have opportunities to make a difference in other people's lives. Stay tuned for more about Cutline's community outreach efforts in future editions of Cutline Cares, and be sure to check out our photos from yesterday, after the jump!

That was a great morning! We should look into other community groups like “A Good Idea” where we can put together our own event.
Standing in the cold rain was worth it when you see the smiles on peoples faces...and I’m now more prepared for xmas in New England next week!
