Cutline cRaves: May 30, 2008

posted by The Cutline Team on May 30, 2008

Another Friday has arrived and so has another round of cool and cRavable recommendations from the Cutline Team...Details after the jump!

# The San Francisco Giants are starting to get their stride back, having just taken a series from the first place Arizona Diamondbacks with their usual stellar pitching and with some uncharacteristically productive performances at the plate. They return to AT&T Park tonight to take on the last-place San Diego Padres, and I will be there to cheer them on. - Christian

# The weather has cooled a bit (it is summer after all) but that won't stop me from enjoying the Union Street Festival. This Saturday is the unofficial kick off to the neighborhood festival season in SF, which is a great way to explore the different areas (and characters) around the city. - Dan

# I'm headed to Richmond (the one in Virginia) this weekend. Nothing much planned, but there's always fun in the city's hip little Shockoe Bottom area, or shopping on Cary Street, or dinner at one of my old-time favorites in the city, The Tobacco Company. I am definitely planning to take the little one over to Maymont Park for some beautiful weather and more farm animals (predictable, I know). - Megan

# I'm headed to my favorite California vacation destination - Lake Tahoe. Best. Place. Ever. - Morgan

# While my fellow Cutliners are out and about this weekend, I'm really hoping they stay hydrated. So, in the spirit of hydration, I'm sharing one of my new cRaves: Crystal Light On-the-Go Hydration. The packaging makes it easy to throw a few in your bag or pocket and easily pour it into a water bottle. And, as an aside, it's a good cure for what ails you if you've had one too many drinks with an alcohol content greater than zero. - Erin

# My friend is in town for the Modest Mouse and REM concert on Saturday at the Greek Theater in Berkeley. He just told me he has an extra ticket, so it looks like I am going to the concert too! - Melanie

# My friends and I have fallen in love with Le P'tite Laurent, a little French bistro in Glen Park. The food is delicious, and they have a great (and very inexpensive) three course fixed price menu if you dine before 7 on weekdays. Be sure to make a reservation as the place is always crowded! - Lauren

# Another low-key weekend ahead as we get ready for the arrival of Baby K. But that doesn't mean that we'll be spending the weekend inside, eating PB&J. If I get my way, we'll try the newest addition to our neighborhood: Luce, in the new InterContinental. Reviews are mixed so far, so I'm curious to see for myself. - Michael

Some time before, I did need to buy a building for my corporation but I did not earn enough money and couldn’t order anything. Thank heaven my mate proposed to try to get the home loans at trustworthy creditors. Hence, I did that and used to be happy with my short term loan.
