Cutline cRaves: May 9, 2008
posted by The Cutline Team on May 9, 2008
Another weekend has arrived and the Cutline team has all sorts of interesting things going on. Check out our latest cRavable recommendations after the jump!
* Every time I go to AT&T Park, I patronize "Say Hey" sausage specialties, because their Louisiana hot link really hits the spot during a game, but I recently discovered another delicious sausage vendor right next to our office, "What's Up Dog?" While the name is great, their sausage selection is even better. - Christian
* Depending on the weather, I'll either be at the pool, soaking up some rays (protected, of course) while reading the latest copy of Forbes, or you'll find me inside mastering MarioKart, which I picked up last weekend at my favorite store. If I feel super adventurous, I might try out my latest purchase -- it just arrived today! - Erin
* I'll be spending most of my weekend working on the nursery we're building in our loft, but that doesn't mean I won't be able to squeeze a little R&R in. On Saturday I'll probably put in a little time at the gym, and then go get some Shiatsu. Sunday is brunch at Absinthe, and possibly a little GTA IV between coats of paint. - Michael
* This weekend I'm headed to Sacramento to celebrate the second birthday of my friends' quads (yup as in quadruplets). The McNulty parents are superstars in my book and the kids (www.mcnultyquads.com) are actually a pretty fun little troupe. Of course now that they're entering the terrible-twos we'll see how entertaining four toddlers actually are. - Dan
* Borts Minorts is playing at Bottom of the Hill on Saturday. I hear they have awesome back-up dancers. -Jennifer
* I have plans to dine at Weird Fish, for a pescatarian feast. I recommend the fish sandwich and their unforgettable sweet potato fries! - Mel
* Tomorrow I'm heading to my first Giants game of the season! While Christian may like the sausage specialties, my friend and I are personally looking forward to the Gordon Biersch garlic fries. And who can turn down a chocolate malt? Always a must at the ballpark.- Lauren
* I'm starting at 8 a.m. with a brunch, moving to two bbqs in Golden Gate Park and onto bowling then dancing in an attempt hit all five birthday parties I have on Saturday while also co-hosting a party on my deck to catch the KFOG KaBoom Fireworks. Let's just say Sunday will definitely be my day of rest, after I call mom to wish her a happy Mother's Day. - Meghan
* All attention will be on my pregnant sis this weekend while she's in town to celebrate her baby-on-the-way. After spending Saturday afternoon oohing and ahhing over things like babycarriers and onesies, we will conclude the day's celebration with a delicious dinner at one of her favorite SF restaurants. - Morgan
Have a great weekend!
