I love April Fool's Day. Always have. When else can you tell an outrageous tale and not get grounded, sued or jailed (depending on the severity). So, if you're looking for a little humor to lighten the day, there are still a few hours left to get in your pranks. Keep in mind, you don't have to be Google or Virgin, or Pizza Hut, or ESPN to pull a prank, but you do need a little ingenuity. Slashdot (with help from an anonymous reader) has highlighted a few sites for inspiration.
